Problem
Most multi-agent coding tools hide the actual work. A prompt goes in, a long answer comes out, and the user cannot easily see who planned, who implemented, what changed, or why a review passed.
My Role
Shaped the product concept around a visible AI dev squad and persistent workbench Built across the Next.js app, server action layer, CLI workflows, and local/Postgres storage paths Designed the review/fix loop so failed work is bounded instead of becoming an infinite agent loop Added developer checks around type safety, tests, safety scanning, and deterministic local demos Product Decisions
Made the run itself the product: plans, handoffs, files, diffs, previews, and decisions stay attached to the mission Used a dependency-aware task graph so independent work can run in parallel while blocked tasks wait for prerequisites Kept a zero-key local-dispatch adapter so the product can be demoed and tested without external model credentials System Design
Next.js 15 + React + TypeScript, tRPC/REST/CLI over one shared action layer, local JSON or normalized Postgres storage, NextAuth for auth, and pluggable agent adapters for local CLIs, E2B, MiniMax, or deterministic CI.
Outcome
A working agent workbench with planner, implementers, reviewer, architect, fixer roles, visible artifacts, bounded fixer rounds, and safety checks before agent output lands.
Reflection
The strongest product insight here is that agent autonomy needs product surfaces for trust: users need to inspect the plan, the artifact, and the review state, not just receive a polished final answer.
